Returns & Exchanges
Order cancellation and refund are available only within 24 hours from the purchase.
Perfume and cosmetic products of proper quality cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Returns or exchanges are possible only in the case of manufacturing defects (e.g., broken pipette, chips on the ampoule, etc.).
When receiving a product via KARGO postal service, the buyer must inspect the product and fill out an acceptance act with the courier or at the pickup point.
When arranging delivery through the EMS postal service, the product’s value must be declared.
If the product’s value is underdeclared and the parcel is lost, EMS will reimburse only the declared value. In case of cancellation or return of the parcel for personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
Refunds are only possible for cosmetics once the product of proper quality arrives at the warehouse. If the packaging was opened or the product was tested, a refund will not be issued.
Important Information:
• The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
• The cost of delivery for returns is borne by the buyer. Exceptions are made in cases of product damage during shipping, but only with an inspection act.
• Delivery fees are not refunded when sending the product through EMS.
• A refund is processed only after the parcel with the product is received at the Luxkorea warehouse in the same condition as it was delivered.
• If the product cannot be returned to the warehouse, the decision on the refund is at the discretion of Luxkorea
